Integrations should only send the traveler, trip and payment context required for the requested workflow. Agent prompts should avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
Collect only required trip fields.
Keep credentials out of prompts and client code.
Use environment-specific logs and retention controls.
Operational transparency
Travel products need clear state. Apps should show users when a booking is planned, quoted, confirmed, failed, changed or cancelled.
Expose order status clearly.
Notify users on meaningful webhook events.
Make refunds, invoices and cancellations easy to find.
